WHAT YOU GET:
When you buy a new build home with us this will be covered by a 10 year warranty. For the first two years we are committed to rectify any problem that may arise relating to the build and performance of your home. For a further eight years you can contact the warranty provider directly, if for any reason there are any structural issues that require rectification or you believe need attention. This warranty stays with your home, even if you move and if you decide to sell your home before the 10 years has expired, the warranty is fully transferable to your buyer.
