Dorrington Homes is a family run business formed in 2006 by Roger Dorrington and his son Joe. With Roger and Joe’s combined experience of over 40 plus years in the industry, both the groundworks and property developments grew at a steady rate and by 2013 they had established a dedicated and experienced team.

Roger decided it was time to take a step back from the business and Joe took the opportunity to concentrate on his other interests, seeing the potential for growth in property developments. This led to Imperial Homes being created in 2013 which is now a successful south coast development company.

Joe’s brother Nick Dorrington, who also has a background in construction, was appointed as a company director of Dorrington Homes in 2018. Nick and Joe have taken the company from strength to strength, with groundworks and small bespoke developments being the focus of the business.

Although no longer on a daily basis, Roger has still retained an active role within the company making Dorrington Homes a true family business.
